Call for Papers

 

Dear Readers and Writers of the Human Security Perspectives Journal,

 

For the next three years the European Trainings and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (ETC) is coordinating the HUMSEC Project (a EU Sixth Framework Programme Coordination Action) - Human Security in the Western Balkan Region: The Impact of Transnational Terrorist and Criminal Organizations on the Peace-building Process in the Region (http://www.humsec.eu).

Within the realm of the HUMSEC project three special journal editions focusing on the issues of human security, terrorism and organised crime will be published. Particular emphasis shall be given to the Western Balkan.

 

The first special edition of the journal will be published in April 2007.
